Set anyone's position to LEAD in the roster below. On top of their department's pages a Lead also gets 📊 Management, scoped to their own desk — team points, tasks, overdue items, won and delivered value. Salaries, payroll and the bonus pool stay with the administrator and are never sent to a Lead.
