Delivery points follow the money — a project pays revenue × how complete it is, split by each person's stage share, so a big job well advanced beats a small one finished. Pages themselves are a productivity KPI (pages/day, on Management), not points. Growth ranks new business. Tasks are duty — they pay only a little. Losing a deal costs nothing.

Set anyone's position to LEAD in the roster below. On top of their department's pages a Lead also gets 📊 Management, scoped to their own desk — team points, tasks, overdue items, won and delivered value. Salaries, payroll and the bonus pool stay with the administrator and are never sent to a Lead.
